The Shanti Cafe and Homestay is located in Chalal. The property is situated in the heart of the alpine forests of Chalal. Kasol and Katagla are stone throws away from the Shanti Cafe. Yet what you will experience here can’t be found anywhere else. A meal with the gushing Parvati river flowing right next to you is a moment you will cherish in your isolation with nature. What seperate this property from the others is the fact that it is surrounded by nature on all sides and the Parvati river is also next to it. This is a feature very few properties in Parvati Valley have.

Nice place, clean rooms and the common space is just awesome. We danced a lot here. Overall experience was of joy and Bhaiji helped us with what ever we needed. If you are in Chalal you can definitely come here for at least a meal.

We came here for Lunch and the place is good. Parvati river flowing next to you is something we never thought we will see right next us while eating. The entire setting is very good and eco friendly.

The Shanti cafe Chalal is a few minutes walk from Kasol. The route to the place is scenic and the place itself is also very scenic. It has a sizable lawn like area in front which is ideal for relaxing. The river is also flowing next to the place. We stayed here for two days in total. On one day we trekked to Katagla from here. A lot of foreigners also in the area.
