The Parang La trek is a trans-himalayan cross-over trek from spiti to Ladakh. It has been used since the ancient times as the trading route going to higher Tibet. The Parang La trek is one trek that should be on everybody's bucket list, as the settings it offers are like none other trek in our country. The trek will take you through the barren high altitude deserts, glacier crossings and river crossings. This is one trek where the sheer scale of the mountains are a humbling factor. You will witness peaks almost touching the 6000 meter ceiling rising straight from the trail. This is surely one journey every trekking enthusiast should do in his lifetime.
